A little feedback...is a gift worth it's weight in gold...
One of the things that keeps us excited about our business here at O & F is feedback from our customers.
Whether it is good or not so good (we prefer good of course !) but if it is not so good...we like 'constructive'.
We constantly strive to put the extra effort in with finishing touches and making our customers feel like they have had a personal experience when they shop with us.
Each item that passes through our doors and onto the customer is individually inspected and assessed. Our painted furniture for example is pre-loved and between the team we may carry out minor repairs, although sometimes its condition may add to it's Shabby Chic look and feel.
To this end, we love it when we get happy feedback from customers. It means we have achieved what we set out to do and the effort that we put in has been worth it.
So, a couple of recent examples. Lisa from Surrey bought a desk and dresser for her new home. Lisa was also fortunate to get it delivered by O & F on one of their delivery weekends at a competitive rate. Lisa's furniture can be seen below...
So here is the desk before and after.

And the finished dresser...

This is what Lisa had to say...

Our second piece of feedback for this blog post was from Ashley in Bucks. Ashley commissioned O & F to source a Dutch Dresser and paint in Annie Sloane cream colour. This is a great example of our bespoke work in that Ashley set a budget of £150 and we were able to source, transport to O & F and complete the painting process on budget. Needless to say Ashley was delighted when she came to collect which really put a smile on our faces. She also was kind enough to send us this on our FB page, showing her pride and joy in its new home ...

We really like communicating with our customers and potential customers and we love to hear or see what you do with our wonderful items, whether it be painted furniture, linen, etc.
Keep talking to us and we promise we will keep listening and learning.
